Important:- Forum Guidelines

• Search the forums before you post your topic. Your question or comment may have already been discussed, answered, or resolved.
• Create a concise subject that adequately summarizes your topic. For example: "Problem accessing admin pages" rather than "I need help."  If your problem is in relating to the internet access please provide your ISP Name in your post.
• Post in the correct area of the forum: Example If you have a problem with your SWART2-54125 router, then post in that section of the forum.
• Refrain from using ALL CAPITAL LETTERS, excessive question marks (?) or exclamation points (!) in your subject or content
• Provide as much information as possible in your comment or question to increase the likelihood of finding a solution. Model, firmware version, PC Operating system, connection method (USB or LAN) etc
• Cross posting the same question in more than one sub-forum will cause confusion and most likely reduce the chance of a reply. Also keep to the same topic, don't create a new topic every time you want to say something.
• Be patient. All the participants of this forum are using the forum and participating in discussions on their own time.
• Help others. The forum is a community, and works best when people share information.
• Give feedback. If someone helps you by answering your question, try to add a follow-up response letting them know if it worked or not.
• Zero Tolerance. The purpose of this forum is to provide tech support, it is not open for other then providing tech support. Arguments and confrontation is strictly prohibited , such post will be deleted immediately without prior warring and the user will be banned. Sould you wish to argue and so on click here 
• Add Links.  We strictly prohibit users from any kind of advertising which can result in eventual diversion of users from this forum, unless the link is useful in answering the users question.
• Becoming a 'helper':
  This forum relies on the advice etc given by it's members, so we really encourage regulars to help where they can. As much as we appreciate your contributions to our forum, please can you refrain from repeating the same advice within the same thread.
  Secondly, if it looks like someone is already helping the original poster, only post if you think you are able to add something original. There's a saying 'too many cooks spoil the broth' - in the same way, it's possible to have too many helpers on the same thread.

Known Issues:-

- If by some chance you do not receive the activation e-mail for the forums, try getting the forum to send it again. If this fails, please e-mail forum-admin [@]adsltech.com with the subject as "ADSL Tech Support Forum". Make sure you include your login name in the body of your e-mail, and an admin will activate your account as soon as possible.

Please do not send any product related questions etc. to the forum admin email - only send emails regarding forum issues.

NB: Please mail admin using the SAME e-mail address that you attempted to activate with, as any admin who activates your account will need to see your address is valid. If the addresses do not match, we are sorry, but your account cannot be made active.
